Instructions

  1. Roughly crumble the biscuits and pour liqueur over them - leave to stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix the mascarpone and yoghurt until smooth, divide half the amount into glasses, sprinkle the softened biscuits over them, pour the rest of the cream on top.
  3. Serve with crispy biscuits such as * Russian bread *.
