Fry the meat. Pepper and then put in a saucepan. Cut the onions into rings and sauté in the roasting tray. Deglaze with cola and add the broth. Pour the mango chutney over the roast.
Fry in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 3 hours.
Let the roast cool down, reduce the gravy in the meantime and then puree.
