Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the garlic and ginger. Crumble the dried chili peppers.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a saucepan, then add the garlic, onions, ginger and chilli and fry briefly. Add the meat and fry well all over. Now add soy sauce, cola and water and cook until the meat is through and the sauce is thick.
  3. Serve with rice.
