Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the coarsely chopped vegetables in an ovenproof casserole dish with a lid (cut the onions into eighths). Wash the turkey schnitzel, pat dry and cut into smaller schnitzel, mix everything in the pot.
In a bowl, mix the cola with tomato paste, tomato puree and the spices and pour over the vegetables and meat. Cook for about 40 minutes.
You can vary the vegetables well and e.g., Replace zucchini with mushrooms. Rice or baguette and salad go well with this.
