Instructions

  1. Cut the Lyoner, potatoes, eggs, cucumber, radishes and spring onions into 1 cm cubes, finely chop the dill and put everything in a large bowl. Add the buttermilk and mineral water, mix everything and season the soup with salt, pepper and vinegar. Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  2. Tastes especially good on hot summer days.
