Instructions

  1. Peel and core the cucumber and cut into small pieces. Put in a tall container and puree with a hand blender. Mix together the cucumber puree, diced garlic and onion, yoghurt, buttermilk, crème fraiche and spices. Add herbs. Season the cucumber soup to a slightly sour taste and then chill.
  2. Garnish with dill and serve.
  3. Delicious with fresh baguette bread.
