Instructions

  1. Peel the untreated lemons in thin spirals. Hang the spirals in the punch bowl, cut the peeled lemons into thin slices and pour the bottle of white wine over them, leave to stand in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  2. Before serving, add mineral water and sparkling wine, as well as the contents of an ice cube tray or bag.
  3. Very refreshing on hot summer evenings. Was a typical drink of the early 1970s.
  4. Can easily be repeated again with all the ingredients - without the aroma diminishing!
