Instructions

  1. Chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Mix the eggs and spring onions with the sour cream and season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic.
  2. Very light, goes well with jacket potatoes, salad, sandwiches and just like that on bread. We also love to eat it with grilled meat.
