Instructions

  1. First the carrot is grated and the peppers cut into small cubes and these are put in a pan with oil and fried. Season with salt, tomato paste and sambal oelek. Meanwhile, the marinade is made from 2 pressed garlic cloves, salt, pepper and a little paprika powder. The fillet is cut into small strips and mixed with the marinade. The fried vegetables can be placed in the serving bowl, now the meat can be seared all around in the same pan. To do this, add a little more oil. During this time, the glass noodles can be prepared according to the package instructions. Finally, everything is placed in the serving bowl with the vegetables and mixed well. This salad is then refrigerated until eaten.
  2. The salad can of course also be eaten warm. If you like, you can also add a squirt of lemon juice.
  3. Make sure that not too little oil is used, otherwise the salad will be too dry!
