Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Carefully stir in cocoa (because it is so dusty!). Dissolve Palmin and let cool down a bit, then stir slowly into the mixture. Spread the base of a silicone muffin mold with the mixture, place a biscuit on top, then the mixture again, etc. Finish with the mixture. At the end you can decorate with sprinkles or something similar. I use 3 biscuits per muffin case.
Chill the molds well for at least 4 hours.
