Peel and roughly chop the kiwifruit and puree with the peeled garlic clove. Wash and finely chop the coriander leaves. Peel the onions as well, chop them finely and mix with the pureed kiwi fruit together with the chili powder and coriander. Season to taste with salt and pepper and possibly a pinch of sugar (I only use sugar if the kiwis are very sour).
The sauce can be eaten straight away, but it tastes best when it has been steeped for a few hours.
Tastes very good with tortillas but also with poultry.
