Instructions

  1. Purée the washed, pitted and chopped peppers with a hand blender and a dash of water until no coarse pieces are visible. Dice the shallot very finely, finely chop the dill and add both together with yoghurt and curry and mix everything well. Season to taste with salt and Tabasco.
