Instructions
- Let a good 250 ml of water boil.
- Tie a few sprigs of thyme together in a small bunch and hang in a large mug. Pour boiling water over it and let it stand for 10 minutes covered.
- Then take out the thyme bundle and filter the tea through a small hair strainer into a tea cup. Only then stir in 1 teaspoon of honey.
- Drink the tea slowly and in small sips. If necessary, drink several cups throughout the day and 1 cup again in the evening before going to bed.
