Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the bell pepper and celery and then cut into small cubes. Mix the vegetable cubes with the vegetable stock, the tomato juice, the ice cubes, the balsamic vinegar, sugar and a pinch of salt with a magic wand. Season the vegetable drink with ground chilli, pour into 4 glasses and fill up with mineral water.
