- Roughly divide the cabbage and cut into fine strips with the food processor. Peel and grate the carrots or - if possible - cut into thin strips.
- Put both in a large bowl and mix together.
- Mix the remaining ingredients for the dressing together, stir well and then pour over the cabbage and carrots.
- Stir everything well and let it steep for 1/2 hour. Then season to taste again and add seasoning if necessary.
