Instructions

  1. Roughly divide the cabbage and cut into fine strips with the food processor. Peel and grate the carrots or - if possible - cut into thin strips.
  2. Put both in a large bowl and mix together.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients for the dressing together, stir well and then pour over the cabbage and carrots.
  4. Stir everything well and let it steep for 1/2 hour. Then season to taste again and add seasoning if necessary.
