Instructions

  1. Mix the vinegar with salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice and pour over the grated white cabbage. Let it steep overnight.
  2. The next day, drain the cabbage in a colander, then transfer to a bowl
  3. Mix the sour cream with yoghurt, onions and herbs, pour the sauce over white cabbage, mix well and season the salad again before serving.
