Finely chop or grate the cabbage and onion and mix loosely in a large bowl. Put all other ingredients on the cabbage mixture, cover with a towel and wait until the cabbage has collapsed. Then lift the coleslaw loosely and season again if necessary. Finished!
I ate the salad at my sister`s and couldn`t believe that there was so little work involved. It doesn`t taste so dominantly after any ingredients, but just like a good side dish should taste like.
