- Finely chop the onions
- In a large bowl, mix the sour cream with the onions, oil, salt and pepper
- Drain the beans in a sieve and let them drain a little. Possibly collect some broth to taste.
- Add the beans to the sauce, fold in carefully and season to taste.
- Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Tip: Tastes great with roasts that are eaten with bread, as the sauce is much too tasty not to tip it on with bread.
