Instructions

  1. Rinse off the frozen prawns. Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, the chopped Thai chili, pressed or chopped garlic and honey in a well-sealed plastic jar and stir well. Put the prawns in the marinade, cover and put in the fridge.
  2. Prepare a large baking dish. Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into approx. 1 cm cubes. Put this in the mold. Remove the chestnuts from the bag and chop them up with a knife. Mix with the potato cubes. Clean the leek and cut it into rings, then mix them in as well. Wash the cauliflower and broccoli and cut into small florets. Place the florets on the casserole. Crumble or dice the feta and add to the casserole.
  3. In a bowl or in a salad dressing shaker, add the sour cream, tzatziki, egg, a little salt and pepper and granulated broth. Mix everything well, add a little water if necessary, if the mixture seems too firm. Pour the mixture over the casserole.
  4. Put everything in the oven at 180 ° C for 45 minutes.
  5. Just before the end of the cooking time, take the prawns out of the refrigerator and heat a little olive oil in a pan. Sear the prawns and remove them from the pan immediately (otherwise they will be dry and tough).
  6. The recipe is easy to prepare. The prawns should sit in the marinade for at least 1 hour. You can also put the casserole in the refrigerator until it is ready to go in the oven.
