Instructions

  1. Knead the ingredients into a dough and divide into 3 parts. Knead one part with cocoa, one with food coloring, e.g. red.
  2. Form a narrow roll of each type of dough and fold the three rolls into one large roll. Put this in the pastry press.
  3. On a lightly greased baking sheet, not on baking paper (do not grease the sheet too much, otherwise the syringe will slip away), press the biscuits with enough space (run a little).
  4. Bake in the preheated oven (180 °) for about 8 minutes.
  5. You can also make the cookies 4-colored by dividing the dough into 4 parts.
