Instructions

  1. Finely dice the peppers and onion and sauté in the hot butter. Add the Ebly and the broth, bring to the boil and let the Ebly soak for 10 minutes over a low heat.
  2. Cut the sausages into slices and add them, mix in the chives and season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
