Prepare a dressing from the sour cream, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. It should be creamy. Squeeze the garlic clove and add. Chop all other ingredients (except for the iceberg lettuce) and mix with the dressing. Let it steep for about 30 minutes. Mix again. Then fold in the finely chopped iceberg lettuce, season a little more if necessary.
