Wash, halve and clean the peppers. Quarter the halves and cut into wide strips. Score the tomatoes, scald them with boiling water, peel them and cut them in half. Core and halve the halves. Cut the meat into cubes about 2 cm.
Heat the oil, fry the meat briefly, add the finely chopped spring onions, fry briefly and sprinkle with the spices.
Add the vegetable stock and the paprika strips and cook covered for 15 minutes. Possibly add a little more vegetable stock. In the last 5 minutes, add the tomatoes and, if necessary, mix in a tablespoon of herbs.
