Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Clean, wash, peel and cut the carrot into small cubes. Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and white inner skins and cut into small cubes. Drain the corn.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Add the vegetables and fry them. Add tomato paste, water and chives, season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste before serving.
  3. This goes well with rice and green salad.
