- Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Clean and roughly dice the peppers. Peel off the garlic cloves and dice finely.
- Let the olive oil get hot in a saucepan and fry the mince until crumbly. Add the mushrooms, the diced paprika and the garlic and stir-fry.
- Add the diced tomatoes and simmer gently.
- Simmer the broccoli, cauliflower and peas in boiling water, drain and add to the mince.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and thyme.
