I dice the peppers, onions and the processed cheese very finely, the edge length should not be more than 2 - 3 mm. I finely chop the garlic clove and the pitted chilli pepper. Then I mix everything with the minced meat, knead an egg yolk into the minced meat and season with salt and pepper.
Now I cut the rolls in half and use the minced meat to form a meat flatbread that is as evenly thick as possible for each half of the roll. I put these meat patties on the bun halves, they should be as flush as possible with the edges of the bun as they contract a little while baking. I place the bun halves on a grate lined with baking paper, which I put on the middle rack in the oven preheated to 160 ° C (top / bottom heat), then I bake the minced buns for about 30 minutes and serve them.
Note: I have to admit that I make the recipe with significantly more garlic. With the specified amount, I consider it socially acceptable. Those who like garlic like to take more.
