Remove the stalk from the savoy cabbage and briefly blanch the cabbage leaves, then rinse in cold water. Cut the peppers, onions and spring onions as well as the garlic into small cubes and add to the minced meat. Squeeze out the soaked bread roll and mix in as well. Season the whole thing, add the eggs and mix well.
Butter a springform pan and distribute the savoy cabbage leaves, mince and Edam in layers.
Cook everything in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 2 hours.
