Cut the onion into small cubes, the bell pepper into small strips and the leek into rings. Fry the minced meat together with the onion cubes in hot oil, lightly salt and pepper. Add the remaining vegetables and sauté briefly.
Top up with the broth and the tomato strain, mix everything well. Add approx. 1 teaspoon each of curry powder and paprika powder, as well as Asian spice to taste.
Cover with a lid and cook for a good 25 minutes over medium heat.
At the same time, cook the potato cubes in salted water, if they are done, add them. Possibly season again with the mentioned spices.
Instead of the potato cubes, the minced meat pot can also be served with pasta or rice.
