Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Quarter the mushrooms. Dice the onion, sausage and paprika. Drain the corn.
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the mushroom quarters with onion cubes in it. Add the paprika and meat cubes as well as corn and fry for about 5 minutes. Drain the pasta, drain well and mix with the tomato paste and chunky tomatoes under the vegetable sausage pan. Season well with salt and pepper and paprika powder and refine with balsamic vinegar and sugar. Chop the basil, mix in and serve with a dollop of sour cream.
