Put the water with the rice and the stock cube in a heat-resistant container and cook in the microwave at full power for 15 minutes. Stir once and add the paprika powder and cook in the microwave for another 5 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the turkey schnitzel into thin strips. Peel the onions, rinse off with cold shower and cut into half rings. Place in a bowl with the gyros spice and olive oil.
Wash the bell peppers and zucchini, cut into small pieces and add to the meat. Let something go through. It tastes best when it can last a day or a few more hours.
Then fry the meat and vegetables in the oil on the highest setting. As soon as it has got some color, switch back to 3/3 heat and fry for another 5 - 10 minutes. Depending on how much you want it.
If you cut through a piece of meat, it should be beige throughout. Do not fry too long, otherwise the meat will be too tough!
For the tzatziki, mix the quark, yogurt and creme fraîche in a bowl. Squeeze the garlic clove and season with salt and pepper and finally add the grated cucumber. It is best to let something steep in the refrigerator. This step can also be done before the meat is processed.
