Instructions
Thoroughly clean turkey hearts. Fry with a little oil, season with salt and pepper, add tomato paste. Cut the vegetables into strips and add 250 ml of water. Let something boil down. Add the cream and put the lid on for 15 minutes.
Baguette tastes good with it.
