Ingredients

• 500 g pasta (croissants)
• 1 cucumber (s)
• 1 ring / s meat sausage
• 250 g cheese (Emmentaler)
• 2 tomato (s)
• 1 bunch spring onion (s)
• 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
• 1 cup crème fraîche
• 3 tablespoon vinegar
• 2 tablespoons oil
• salt and pepper
• chives
• Lemon juice
• Maggi
• 1 teaspoon horseradish
• 2 teaspoons mustard
• Curry powder

Instructions

1. Boil the pasta as usual. Cut the cucumber, tomatoes, sausage, Emmental and paprika into small cubes and place on the pasta. Cut the spring onions into fine rings and add them as well.
2. Put the creme fraiche and the remaining dressing ingredients in a shaker and then over the pasta salad. Possibly season again.
