Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water and let it drain. Mix the pepper and herbs dressing mixture with oil and water as instructed and set aside.
Put the peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, corn, spring onions and the Italian herbs in a larger bowl and mix well, then add the salad dressing, stir and let stand for 10 minutes. Then mix in the drained noodles well and let the salad steep for about 20 minutes.
