Remove the roots from the lamb`s lettuce and wash thoroughly.
Peel the orange and tangerine and divide into segments. Cut these into small pieces and add to the lamb`s lettuce. Quarter or eighth pomegranate and add the red seeds to the salad.
Season to taste with grapeseed oil, vinegar and raw cane sugar.
The salad is delicious and will also delight you with its splendor of colors.
