Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, clean and wash the radishes and spring onions. Cut the radishes into slices and the spring onions into thin rings. Finely dice the bacon.
  3. Let the potatoes cool down a little. Then peel and put in a bowl.
  4. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Deglaze with oil and vinegar, heat briefly and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Add the radishes and spring onions to the pan for about 2 to 3 minutes and stir in carefully. Finally, pour everything over the potatoes in a bowl and mix. Let it steep a little, then serve.
