Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, let them cool and peel them. Boil the eggs hard and let them cool down too. Cut the potatoes into cubes and season with salt and pepper. Pluck the rosemary leaves, coarsely chop the parsley and add to the potatoes (this way they absorb the taste very well). Finely chop the onion, sauté in olive oil and deglaze with the stock. Stir in the mustard and pour the whole thing warm over the potatoes, also add the vinegar. Mix everything carefully. Chop the cucumber and tomatoes and add them as well. Cut the meat sausage into cubes, fry briefly and add warm.
  2. Let the salad steep for about 2 hours so that the potatoes can steep.
  3. Season again to taste and serve.
  4. Tip: If you want, add a dash of oil at the end (!), I don`t like it so oily myself.
