• 2 turkey schnitzel
• 1 leek
• 750 g frozen veetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
• 200 g processed cheese, with herbs
• 250 ml cream
• 1 liter broth

Instructions

1. Cut the leek and meat into strips and sauté in the butter. Add the broth and bring to the boil. Add the vegetables and cook for 15 minutes. Add the cheese, cream and spices to the soup and season to taste.
