Prepare the jelly separately from each other according to the instructions on the packaging and allow to set. After solidification, cut into small cubes.
Mix the quark with the sugar, vanilla sugar and milk. Let the gelatine soak in a little water and dissolve while carefully warming up. Add some quark mixture to the gelatin and stir. Then stir the gelatin mass into the quark. When the quark starts to gel, fold in the jelly cubes and place everything in a cold-rinsed loaf pan. Let it set in the refrigerator.
To serve, cut into slices and garnish with whipped cream swabs.
