Instructions

  1. Boil the rice and put it in the fridge.
  2. Chop the bell pepper, onion and ham into small pieces. Drain the mandarins and save the juice. Put the bell pepper, onion, ham and tangerines together in a bowl. Fold in the cooled rice.
  3. Mix the salad mayonnaise, sugar and light soy sauce, as well as mandarin juice, into a sauce to taste and fold into the salad ingredients.
  4. Chill until serving and let it steep a little.
