Wash the vegetables thoroughly and cut into strips, rings, slices or cubes as desired. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Arrange the vegetables on a plate.
Wash the turkey meat, dry it and season with the magic spice. Fry in olive oil. Let the meat cool down briefly and drape it on the salad plates. Put the mushroom slices in the pan and fry. They taste especially good when fried in herb butter. Put the mushrooms on the salad plate.
Melt a small piece of herb butter as a dressing and pour it over the meat.
