Clean and wash the lettuce and cut into narrow strips. Clean and wash the peppers and peel the onions. Cut the peppers and onions into thin rings. Finely slice the cucumber. Cut the eggs into slices.
Gently mix all of the prepared salad ingredients and the shrimp.
Mix a marinade from oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar and pour over the salad. Serve with cress and dill.
