Wash the red beans in the sieve, then add the corn and drain.
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into very small pieces. Cut the paprika and the sheep`s cheese into small pieces. Halve the olives. Cut the onion into very fine rings. Put everything in a bowl with salt, vinegar, olive oil, chilli, oregano and mix well.
Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
If necessary, season again with salt and chilli.
Goes well as an accompaniment to a barbecue party.
