  1. Wash the spring onions (until they are light green), cut into small pieces and place in a salad bowl. Wash, quarter and add tomatoes. Wash the peppers, cut them into small pieces and add them as well. Peel the cucumber, cut into slices (you can cut the slices a little thicker so that the cucumber doesn`t get mushy too quickly) and add to the bowl. Now salt and pepper the whole thing as you like and add as much olive oil as you like. Stir everything and season to taste. Finally cut the sheep`s cheese into pieces and add it as well. Stir everything again. It goes well with flatbread or sesame rings.
