Clean and wash all vegetables. Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips. Cut the peppers into diamonds. Slice the radishes. Halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes. Slice the cucumber. Cut the feta into cubes, slice the carrots into sticks, dice the onion and chop the herbs. Wash the turkey schnitzel, pat dry and cut into strips. Season the strips vigorously with chilli, salt and pepper and sauté them. Then take it out of the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes. Currently making a dressing. Which one is up to your taste. I prefer balsamic dressing or yoghurt - herb - garlic dressing. Mix the salad ingredients, add the turkey strips and pour the dressing over them, leave to steep for 15 minutes and then serve. With toasted wholemeal bread or baguette.
