For this salad you can use all kinds of vegetables that are in season (e.g. cherry tomatoes, peppers, corn, onions, radishes ).
Wash the vegetables and cut into strips or cubes if necessary. Clean and wash the lettuce, pluck the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Rinse the turkey schnitzel, pat dry and cut into thin strips. Heat the oil and fry the turkey strips all over until they are lightly browned, then season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Mix the ingredients for the dressing and mix with the lettuce.
Arrange on plates, garnish with the vegetables and finally spread the warm turkey strips on top.
