Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta firm to the bite as usual, cut the salmon or other fish into cubes and fry in a large saucepan (a coated saucepan is best) and add the vegetables (I always use a mixture of carrots, beans, romanesco) and let it simmer.
  2. When the vegetables are almost done, add the cream and the same amount of water. Add the chicken broth (diluted without water) and, if necessary, add salt, pepper or herbs to taste
  3. It`s actually already done by then. The whole thing should have a creamy consistency, so after I`ve added the cream, I add the same amount of water! You can also add more or less to the broth, depending on your taste.
  4. Since I developed this recipe myself, it is sometimes difficult for me to give quantities. You just have to try it out! In any case, it is always so popular with my guests that they order it again the next time they visit, and even my children love to eat it!
