Wash the peppers and cut into cubes. Cut the chives into rolls, clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
Mix together salt, pepper, nutmeg, Gouda cheese, mushrooms, paprika and eggs.
Put the butter in the pan and let it melt. Now add the egg and vegetable mixture to the pan. Now add some milk. Stir without stopping until the egg has set.
Spread on plates and garnish with the chives rolls.
