Instructions

  1. Bring the milk with salt and honey or sugar to the boil, slowly stir in the semolina and let it boil down to a porridge. Wash the fruits, peel and cut into cubes or divide into wedges and add to the semolina, bring to the boil again. Arrange in plates and garnish with fresh fruit or syrup.
