Fry the minced meat in a little olive oil, season with pepper, salt and chilli. Add the soup vegetables, onions and garlic and fry them (onions and garlic can also be easily taken from the frozen food counter).
Add quartered mushrooms and fry. Add the chopped zucchini and peppers and only fry briefly. Deglaze with the canned tomatoes, fill up with water, add tomato paste and bring to the boil.
Season the whole thing with the spices and let simmer for about 30-45 minutes on a low flame, stirring occasionally. Cook the linguine in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and stir into the vegetable pan.
