Cut the salad ingredients (ice lettuce, cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, avocado, melon and olives) into small pieces as you like and mix, arrange on plates.
Mix orange juice, lime juice, oil, vinegar, mustard and herbs into a salad dressing and drizzle over it. Thaw the shrimp and pour over them.
In summer on hot days we eat the salad for two as a main course with garlic bread or baguette.
